Leaving Sports Centre we follow the road to Scawby then cross the A15 to Manton, Scotton,Northorpe, Pilham, Morton and Gainsborough. Return through Morton towards Laughton, Down to Susthorpe, Messingham and back to the start through Scawby.

Helmets advised as is means to fix a puncture and minor mechanical problems
