Over the bridge towards Swaziland and onto Wellton, from there out to the Broomfleet loop and our round towards North?South Cave. On the way back we will ride up one of the dales to work off the coffee and cake. Back towards the bridge and home

A pleasant ride through the countryside for a coffee with a couple of hills on the way back .

A and B roads with a mix of busy and quiet roads.

Refreshments will be from somewhere in the South or North Cave area

Helmets are advisable as is a pump and a means to repair a puncture should you get one. A cycle lock will be useful.

First timers welcome but please ensure you can ride around 40 miles
