Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

We will cycle along the tow path to Low Wood crossing and turn onto the golf course and through Utley cemetery before crossing the B6265 Skipton Road and up Greenhead Road and then Hollins Lane to the Folly tower at the top. here we will take a breath and turn round and descend into Keighley on Spring gardens Lane to Cliffe Castle cafe. We will return via dedicated cycle paths to the canal towpath off Bar Lane in Riddlesden and back to Five Rise Locks.

A ride to practice a hill or two for a view

Towpath, quiet roads and cycle lanes

We will stop for photos along the way and at Cliffe castle cafe for a coffee and cake.

Please wear a helmet, suitable clothing for the weather including gloves and water proofs just in case. If its sunny remember your sun cream. Also your own hand sanitizer
