We'll meander through Frandley, Newton Heath and Hatton down through Daresbury, and into Warrington centre, before returning via Lumbrook, Grappenhall Heys and Appleton Thorn.
The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads.
We will ride at an easy pace of about 10-11mph with short stops along the route, and will make sure that no one is left behind.
You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch, or your own drinks and snacks, if required
