Coypool and beyond! - Heybrook Bay

We will start our ride by cycling through Saltram Park and then head through Elburton and on fairly quiet roads to the very pretty Heybrook Bay. Once we’ve completed a steepish climb out of the Bay we cycle along to Staddon Heights, Jennycliff and Mount Batten. After our refreshment stop we pick up the route through Radford Park, Saltram Park and finish back at Coypool.
This scenic cycle is mainly a mixture of cycle paths and quiet roads although we do spend a short time on slightly busier roads.
PLEASE BE AWARE there is a short stretch of path coming down into Heybrook Bay that we will have to get off our bikes and walk. The path at this point is a slope down and uneven. It is very manageable with a standard bike but those on heavier electric bikes may need assistance from other members of the group.

Please bring your helmet, lights, appropriate kit for a puncture, a drink and any refreshments for the ride.
