Antrobus Cyclists – Locks and Hydropols

A ride of about 32 miles from Antrobus Village hall checking out the two local hydropols (who knew!). The ride is on a mixture of cycle paths, quiet country lanes, and some busier roads. We may have to push our bikes for a short period. There will also be a ferry crossing!

We go out via Acton Bridge, Preston on the Hill and Moore before heading through South Warrington and returning via Thelwall, Lymm and High Legh and returning to Antrobus. Lunch will be at Ocho’s café in Woolston.

We will ride at an easy pace of about 10mph with short stops along the route, and make sure that no one is left behind.

You'll need a road worthy bike. Helmets are strongly recommended. We also recommend you bring a pump, spare inner tube or puncture repair kit and a lock. Please bring money for coffee breaks and lunch or your own drinks and snacks, if required.
