27 Miles FBC to Redfield Garden Centre

We will make our way to Finchampstead Church, down Dell Road, round Horseshoe Lakes to Eversley Cross, up Coopers Hill, round the outskirts of Fleet to Crookham village then Redlands Garden Centre. We then make our way back to Crookham village, Hartley Whitney, West Green, Hazeley Bottom, carefully cross Reading Road and up Plough Lane to cross into Bramshill Forest and return to FBC.

The route is mainly on lanes with a couple of tracks and short section along the canal

We will stop at the large garden centre in Fleet, they have a great selection of gifts, food and the cafe serves a big selection of cakes and coffees

Please ensure your bike is in good working order, tyres correctly inflated, it will make cycling easier, brakes working, and chain oiled. Cycle helmets are compulsory. Please also bring a bottle of water, money/card for the coffee stop, spare inner tube, and bike lock if you have one. The ride is listed as STEADY because of the undulations so unsuitable for those who are just starting out. Please aim to arrive 10 mins before our start time so that we can do a quick bike check, and get under way on time.
