We will ride on the back road to Conistone and then join the busier B6160 before turning off into Littondale. We ride up one sire of the dale to Foxup. On return we cycle down the other sider of the river before going on for lunch at Kilnsey Farm's Cafe by the Lake.

A stop at Foxup for a snack and water. Lunch at Cafe by the Lake at Kilnsey Farm
