Penarth & Bay Pedallers

Hi all, I'm Adam. I'm starting this group to hopefully find like-minded people to cycle with. We're based in Penarth & Cardiff Bay but anyone within the southern-half of Cardiff is within reach as well as Dinas, Sully etc. The rides will be 10-40 miles depending on our mood, and stick mostly to cycle paths, byways and quiet country or residential roads. The aim is to avoid big busy roads as much as possible where practical. We'll also be doing regular short spins around Cardiff Bay or up the Taff Trail and hopefully longer rides in the summer. Average speed would be 10-14mph / 16-22km/h with a focus on making friends and exploring our local area whilst keeping fit.
