Hello, welcome to our group. We'd love to ride with you. We leave Apex Cycleworks in Bath Rd, Lytham at 10am every Sunday morning and we back up with a Whatsapp group you're welcome to join. There will also be Tuesday evening rides for 2-3 hours once in British Summertime hours. Whilst these group rides are primarily training rides for the 2025 Tour de Ralph we'd love to meet you and involve you whether you do the tour or not. We are not all Lycra clad speed freaks with £10k bikes ( although we do have a few haha). We attempt to be as inclusive as possible with the exception of E bikes, sorry. On these rides you'll be in a group of like minded people with one ultimate goal, to cycle from Scarborough to Lytham over 3 days. June 5-8th 2025. Advice and support will be given on use of gears, braking etc.
