Hello, welcome to our group. We'd love to ride with you. We leave Apex Cycleworks in Bath Rd, Lytham between 9am & 10am every Sunday morning and we back up with a Whatsapp group you're welcome to join. There will also be Wednesday evening rides for 2-3 hours once in British Summertime hours. Whilst these group rides are primarily training rides for the annualTour de Ralph we'd love to meet you and involve you whether you do the tour or not. We are not all Lycra clad speed freaks with £10k bikes ( although we do have a few haha). We attempt to be as inclusive as possible with the exception of E bikes on the Tour, sorry but you are welcome to join us on your ebike on Sundays as a social ride or take part in our Ride for Ralph one day ride in July Ride.Please message for details. On these rides you'll be in a group of like minded people of similar pace & ability.. Advice and support will be available on use of gears, braking, maintainance etc.
