We aim to focus on the social element of Cycling or for those that wish to start group riding, so some knowledge of road riding would be necessary and as a group/team we can cater for different rides depending on numbers and ability. The purpose is to have fun, make friends, get fit, build confidence, to explore the local area and investigate the offerings of the nominated café stop we come across en route. The aim is for group rides to build endurance/fitness and with stops at cafes etc for the social element, as numbers grow we can cater specific rides depending on group strengths. We would mainly be riding around Kent and East Sussex along Country lanes, inevitably in this area you cannot avoid hills however, once again, routes can be catered for riders within the groups. Longer trips to different areas will also be arranged, who knows maybe even trips to France Rides will take place evenings, early mornings, day time, weekends. Time is often a barrier to participate for so many!
