Whitleigh Loop

This is a great route exploring Plymouth’s roads and urban green spaces. Crossing the Tamerton Creek and the valley you’ll head up to Honicknowleand and onto Manadon via the footbridge.  There’s a short uphill on the path before turning into Tor Road and descending down to enter one of Plymouths urban spaces, Central Park. Make your way around the clock tower and onto the Life Centre which makes for a great stopping point. You’ll return via Home Park Stadium before entering Peverill and onto Ham.  Enjoy the downhill through Ham Woodsand then join the cycle path alongside the St Budeaux Bypass. After taking the bridge over the Parkway again, its back into Honicknowle before retracing your route back to the start.
