Watt around the Block

A diverse 10 mile route from Industrial units to picturesque parklands. Starting from the fabulous Wattcyle unit on Thornaby Industrial estate you will take a steady ride around the estate, heading out into the safety of the Ingleby Barwick cycle paths where you will see Ingleby from a different perspective. You will then head over to Stockton's jewel in the crown, the infamous Victorian setting of Preston Park where after a brief stop you will loop the park and head back to Thornaby via the cycle paths of Preston Farm Business Park. You will then ride over and under the Jubilee Bridge and hopefully catch a glimpse of the River Tees wildlife before heading through the quiet streets of Bassleton Wood and back to the start point. A lovely flat ride at around 10 miles long is ideal for all bikes and abilities.
