Hayes Railway Station

A wonderful 19 mile loop which winds its way through the beautiful country lanes of Kent visiting the picturesque village of Downe. It was in the landscape around Downe in which the theory of evolution was developed by Charles Darwin, one of the world’s great explorers. This excellent route is suitable for road bikes and has a number of refreshment stops along the way.
