This gentle country route starts in north Swindon, meandering through the town towards Thamesdown Drive and circulates suburban Swindon anti-clockwise towards Mouldon Hill Country Park. The route ventures through the glorious Mouldon Hill Country Park, past the lake and over the River Ray. From there you will use flat, quiet country roads to make our to the quaint settlement of Purton and north towards Purton Stoke.

You will turn off the quiet country lanes onto the B4553 for a short distance before turning onto Tadpole Lane and past the volunteer led Swindon & Crickdale Railway, again another optional stop.

Heading east on Tadpole Lane you will encounter our stinger at Blunsdon St Andrews; a short climb up a hill for glorious panoramic views of the Swindon and Wiltshire's countryside. From there it's a quick drop back into the quiet urban estates of north Swindon as you re-join the route at Thamesdown Dr back into Swindon and towards Haydon Centre.
