The Belgrave Challenge

A 27 mile loop from the Peepul Centre (that's not a spelling mistake!) in Belgrave taking in Barkby, South Croxton, Barsby, Gaddesby and Rearsby, where a great refreshment stop awaits at the farm shop. The route follows quiet roads for much of its length, until it reaches Syston, where it joins the waterside traffic-free paths of the River Soar and Grand Union Canal for the final leg past the iconic Space Centre back to Belgrave. The route makes the most of Leicestershire's gently rolling terrain, however this is one stiff climb on the route to keep you on your toes!
