A delightful swoop down the west side of the Lune Valley from the small 'book town' of Sedbergh, to the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Then back north on the east side of the river valley, before cutting up the magnificent Barbondale. The return route provides riders with a taste of the Lakes & Dales Loop, a 196 mile signed circular cycle route around Cumbria's quieter fringes.
