TRAFFIC-FREE CYCLING (£1 per person)

Saffron Walden closes its town centre roads to cars as we celebrate all things cycling on Sunday 25th August.

Brought to you by Monument Cycling we give families the opportunity to ride around Saffron Walden in a closed road traffic-free route before the day's amateur and professional cycle racing begins. Grab your bikes and head down in the morning with any little ones to ride around the circuit at a leisurely pace. The family event is not a race and we encourage all abilities to come down and take advatnage of riding around the town without any traffic. 

This event is not for profit however we ask all participants to contribute £1 towards the family event insurance. Collection is in cash on the day at registration.

Local food and drink vendors will supply refreshments in Saffron Walden, as a host of wonderful food stalls and cafes give you plenty to get your teeth into.
