A 5 mile traffic-free route along the River Lea. An out-and-back route, starting at the amusingly titled Ponders End, eventually reaching Rammey Marsh on hard packed shale tracks. Being a riverside route, it's flat-going all the way and all the way back! Perfect for a fun, family day out.
