This lovely four mile ramble explores the woody surroundings of the River Ribble, south of Preston. Starting and finishing at Avenham Park Pavilion, it's a circular route on traffic-free shale paths. No ride is complete without a cake stop, and it just so happens that there's an excellent tea shop on route.
