Starting off at the old White House Inn, which is now a hub of Freewheel North, you head eastwards passing Loch 21, through Maryhill to Stockingfield Junction. Here you'll leave the canal to cross underneath to the other bank, continuing eastwards, passing the historic Lambhill Stables. Further on you'll pass the site of Mavis Valley village before the oppourtunity for a rest at Bishopbriggs Leisure center before the return leg.

This route has been British Cycling assessed as an accessible route, meaning it is suitable for the majority of adaptive bikes. The route will have no or low levels of traffic, there will be plenty of space and will have a good surface throughout.
