Starting at Downham Sports Centre in the first of three parks, Downham Fields, you ride through this small park with great views across the borough before continuing through a woodland trail to Forster Park. Leaving Forster, you head along suburban roads to reach Beckenham Place Park. Finally you cut through the public golf course before returning through the play park and back via the woodland trail to the start.
