This scenic circular route from the Sands Centre in Carlisle City centre, quickly leaves the city and cycles into the remote villages and hamlets in North Cumbria on route to Hethersgill. The ride is a mainly flat ride with some steady climbs, where you will be rewarded with excellent views over the North Pennines, Northern Lakeland fells, Dumfrieshire and Kielder. The ride returns via Irthington Crosby on Eden and Rickerby Park.
Please note: There are no refreshment or toilet facilities on route.
