About the route
Ride up passed Tredomen, bike path to Trelewis, head for Bedlinog but then head up the Zig Zag passed the graveyard to Gelligaer common,on to Fochriw. Swoop down to Derry, and then back to the centre of excellence. No one gets left behind, we always wait at the top of the hill. 18 miles. A big climb and a nice pace.
