Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Following local tracks and trails to the River Mersey and on to the Bridewater Canal.
Follow the canal through Stretford and up to Monton to join the Roe Green Loopline.
Follow the paths in a loop to the Leigh Guided Busway and back around to the Canal.
Stopping for a quick pitstop at the Waterside Pub on the Canal.
Follow the Canal and local tracks back to Sale Water Park and Wythenshawe Park.
Track and paths are generally well surfaced but may be muddy so avoid skinny road tyres.
Please bring a puncture kit or spare tube, bike lock, money for refreshments and wearing a cycle helmet is advised.
This ride will be at a relaxed pace and beginners are welcome
