Writtle and Roxwell route

The route takes in the villages of Rowell and Newney Green. Mostly flat, no hills to worry about. Steady pace of approx 10 mph throughout.

Very picturesque route, low traffic but not traffic free.

A bike with road tyres will be most suitable.

We will stop as required by the group but there is no official stop until we return to the Lordship tea rooms.

Helmets must be worn for safety and comfortable clothing. Bring a drink and some money/card for the cafe stop at the end of the ride. Please bring a spare inner suitable for your tyres.
