It will either be round and round, up and down ..........or maybe something a little bit different

Will it be circuits, or hills, or something else ............

Quiet roads hopefully without a million motorbikes

We will stop at the end for a cheeky beer and a bag of crisps

Helmets, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, helmet, bike (obviously) suitable clothing, and the all important money for the cheeky beer

Please ensure that you have attended a WOW organised steady ride, and are confident riding at a minimum of 13mph
