The route will be approximately 20 miles, but may vary due to road conditions on the day.

We will be riding at a 'Steady' pace of between 10-12 mph, largely along quiet roads. There are no planned stops en route, but there will be short water breaks if required.

We will be stopping for coffee and cake at the end of the ride. If you plan to join us you will need to bring some method of payment with you.

You should arrive prepared for the current weather conditions and bring - bike, helmet, spare inner tube, pump, tyre levers, a drink and any medication you may require.
