A 20-mile loop skirting the Lenches and then heading out to Inkberrow and Stock Green before returning via Kington and Flyford Flavel. Mostly quiet lanes with a few undulations which we will each tackle at our own speed, stopping to regroup as necessary. All junctions will be marshalled. We will return to the Twisted Spoon for well earned refreshments at the end of the ride.

Things to bring - helmet, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, drink /snack and money for refreshments at the end of the ride.
