Worth Way Warriors

This is a steady mainly off road ride to Crawley Down and back along the beautiful Worth Way.  Please remember to bring some money as we will be stopping at the Royal Oak in Crawley Down for refreshments. Suitable for mountain and Hybrid bikes. Don't forget suitable clothing, drinks as the weather is so hot, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump (and any medication you may require). Please give your bike a check over before you come along i.e. tyres pumped up, gears and brakes etc Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.
