This will be a lovely back lane ride to Rock, we will cycle down towards the sea side which will be lovely if it’s a sunny evening!

Please bring a piece of a4 paper with a sentence saying why you love cycling/your bike!

Starting at Lidl in Wadebridge we will adventure towards Rock to see the sea to celebrate world bicycle day!

Mainly on back lanes

Will stop on hills and have a little stop in rock for a drink and photos

Bring with you helmet, lights, snacks
