Workington

A lovely 12 mile route that will be enjoyed by all.

From the leisure centre at Moorclose the route uses the Hadrian's Cycleway through town, predominately avoiding the traffic and out across the River Derwent over the new Navvies Bridge.

It then continues on past Siddick Ponds Nature Reserve and marshland scenery as far as Camerton.  From here it leaves the cycleway and heads over to Flimby with 360 degree views - the Solway and Scotland ahead and the high Lakeland fells behind.

Making its way back down by the coast the route returns via Hadrian's Cycleway.  With so much to see this really is a ride not to be missed!
