We will meet at the post office and then head out for a casual ride around local quite roads. It is the perfect opportunity to dust off that bike that's been hiding from you in the garage for all these years, get some fresh air and meet new people while getting some exercise.?It's the perfect opportunity. Please bring lights as we may start to loosing visibility towards the end of the ride. Contact me if you need to borrow any as I have some spare.  I would highly recommend bringing the following; Helmet, Water/ refreshments/ puncture repair kit, (don't worry is you aren't sure how to fix a puncture, help is at hand,) personal medication (if needed). Appropriate clothing for the predicted weather conditions.   Little extras... Cycling gloves, sun glasses.   Tip; make sure you don't have any baggy clothing dangling near your bike chain, it can cause an accident.   Hopefully I'll see you there.
