If you haven't joined a Breeze ride before, why not start your Breeze journey with this ride?
Setting off from the car park at Woodford Park Leisure Centre, this ride will loop down through Sonning, along the Thames towpath, back through the Thames Valley Business Park to Woodford Park. We will use cycle paths wherever possible, but will also be on quieter roads for some of the ride.
The ride is open to women and accompanied children aged 5 - 15 on their own bikes, but please note that children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. Any children under 5 are welcome but must be in a BS approved child seat or trailer.
The route is suitable for any roadworthy bike - why not visit Dr Bike in Woodley town centre just before the ride, to check that all is ok with your bike?
Wearing a helmet is mandatory for this ride and it would be a good idea to bring a drink with you. With the current weather, who knows - a waterproof and sunscreen is advisable!
