Please note the main car park is payable. If you exit before 11am £3:50 There is a free car park near the exit of the woods just before you come out on to the Chivery- St Leonard’s Road.

I will be cycling up from Aston Clinton starting at Green Park if anyone would like to extend their ride. There is a small free car park just after the Bridge on Stablebridge Road, left hand side, going up the hill from Green Park/Aston Clinton. Please message me if you’d like to start your ride with me. I’d welcome any company up the hill! It will be a slow and steady pace. Starting at 8:30am. HP22 5NF

Wood Cycle - This will run at the same time as Park Run to give us non runners who may have Friends or Family running a chance to do something for us. The ride will last about the same time as park run if there are no issues. It’ll be short and sharp a bit like park run all off road along single tracks and fire trails. But don’t worry we can adapt the route according to the ability of the group. There are hills, but we can use them to improve our fitness. It’s not a race. I will run a 4 week trial to see if this is a feasible plan going forward. Any feedback is welcomed.Starting at - Meet outside the cafe in the woods near the toilets. This is a mountain biking alternative to park run. Short & Sweet in Wendover Woods.

This is a mountain bike only ride on fire trails and single tracks. We can tailor the ride to the ability of the group.

No stops are planned. If you have friends or family running at parkrun many meet in the cafe after for refreshments/breakfast.

Please wear a helmet and cycling gloves. Ensure your bike is in good rideable order with tyres pumped up, gears and brakes working. We will go through the M check before we start. Bring a spare inner tube that fits your wheel size in case of a puncture. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to fix one the group can assist. A drink might be useful too.
