This is a coaching session and not a led ride.
Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

These sessions are for women who would like to build up their confidence and practice their bike handling skills in a traffic-free environment. The sessions take place on the 1km outdoor cycling circuit at Forge Valley School, where a Breeze Champion and British Cycling Coach will be on hand to give help, advice, tips and encouragement. Whether you just want to enjoy cycling around the circuit or would like some help with particular skills or answers to your questions, it would be great to see you there!
If you have your own bike please bring it with you, but if you don't we have a selection of bikes that you can borrow for the session.
