Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Wednesday night fitness ride Week 2 We will start off with a steady warm up. This week we will focus on group riding and gears with a gradual increase in pace. The aim is to help you improve you fitness, your group riding skills and your pace on a bike. The session will last 45-60 mins. We will be doing the several laps of the same circuit so everyone can get to know the route. The ride will start at the Bell Inn, Lower Broadheath. The ride is suitable for road or hybrid bikes and is all on road. What to bring. Water A snack A spare inner tube A pump Suitable tools to make any adjustments to your bike. This may include Allen keys, spanners, tyre levers. We can chat about these in our first session. Money - we may have a drink at the pub afterwards.
