Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Join us for week 4 of our fitness rides. We will start off with a steady warm up and gradually increase the pace on each lap. We will be doing between 15-20 miles. What to bring. Water A snack A spare inner tube A pump Suitable tools to make any adjustments to your bike. This may include Allen keys, spanners, tyre levers. We can chat about these in our first session. Money - we may have a drink at the pub afterwards. There are 16 places available and based on the ability of the group we may then split into 2 groups.
