Women on Wheels - Fitness ride

NEW Saturday morning fortnightly fitness ride.   We will start off with a steady warm up, followed by a ride that helps to build your fitness.   The ride will start at Hanley Swan Pub. The ride will aim to introduce you to an average speed of 14-15mph.  The ride is ONLY suitable for road or hybrid bikes and is all on road. Bring plenty of water. A snack. As well as a spare inner tube, pump and suitable tools to make any adjustments to your bike.  This may include Allen keys, spanners, tyre levers.  We can chat about these in our first session.  Please also avoid parking in the pub car park.  There are plenty of spaces nearby.   There are 16 places available.   If you have any questions please email Rachel at [email protected].   Look forward to seeing you all there.
