Women on Wheels - Build your fitness

WEEK 2 of our fitness rides We will start off with a steady warm up, followed by a ride that helps to build your fitness.  The  focus can be decided by the group each week. For those wanting to join ideally should have been on a group ride with us before.  The session will last 45-60 mins.   The ride will start at Hanley Swan Pub. The ride will aim to introduce you to an average speed of 14-15mph.  The ride is suitable for road or hybrid bikes and is all on road. Bring plenty of water. A snack. As well as a spare inner tube, pump and suitable tools to make any adjustments to your bike.  This may include Allen keys, spanners, tyre levers.  We can chat about these in our first session.  There are 16 places available and based on the ability of the group we may then split into 2 groups.  If you have any questions please email Rachel at [email protected].
