Women & Children Half Term Bike Ride

During your half term holiday come on a fun bike ride on the canal towpath from Saltaire. On route we will hopefully stop to play games and take part in quizzes and activities. After checking over our bikes and practising our skills in the park we will set off through the park and onto the Canal Towpath. Depending on ability we will hopefully ride as far as Bingley 3 Rise Locks. We will stop on route for rests and maybe some games and activities to keep us warm! We will then ride back along the towpath to Robert's Park. Suitable for all types of bikes and child trailers. It is essential that all children wear a bike helmet and you are advised to wear one too! Bring your waterproofs, a drink, a snack and a little money. Free parking is available on Coach Road and Upper Coach Road. It's a good idea to bring some water and maybe a snack to keep energy levels high. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  Please ensure a mobile number is provided in case the ride is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.   We are a friendly bunch and really welcome newcomers to our rides!
