About the route
Cycling on country and main roads at an average speed of 12.5 mph for the first 25 miles - back to start, leaving the Intermediate group to enjoy cake and coffee. Advanced group will continue for a further 16 miles at an average speed of 14 mph. Coming back to the starting point to enjoy some lunch and a chat.
