Withybrook Wander

This is a ride in the Warwickshire countryside at a steady pace of around 10-12 mph. Heading out from the back of the Ricoh Arena and cutting through Longford Park the ride will soon be on semi rural lanes and in the picturesque countryside and winding lanes of Shilton and Withybrook. There are a few climbs on route where everyone can go at their own pace. Depending on pub opening hours, we will stop at either the half way point, the Pheasant Inn, at Withybrook where we can have a drink beside the stream before heading back or, alternatively have a well earned drink and chat at the end of the ride.    Any roadworthy bike is suitable but just remember to bring a spare inner tube. A helmet, a drink, and a bike lock would be advisable along with some money for refreshments. Please give yourself enough time to ensure we can start the ride promptly at 11.  If you enjoy cycling, want to meet like minded women, and would like a break from your usual routine then please do join us!
