About the route
Join us for a relaxed Ladies ride along cycle paths & quiet roads. The pace will be around 10 - 12 mph but we'll never leave anyone behind!
Helmets are recommended for you own safety although not compulsory. If you are new to group riding, there is nothing to fear, we're a friendly bunch and there is the promise of coffee and cake at Nets at the end!
Route Description;-
Nets Cafe through Neston, on to Thornton Hough, Willaston, Burton, Ledsham, Capenhurst & Loop down to North Wales
