Starting point
CA28 9BG is the Beacon postcode, which is the nearest to the hub on the harbour.
We start at the hub on Whitehaven harbour and cycle along the cycle paths and sometimes roads.
This ride is 60 miles approx, so it's not really for beginners. It is undulation and a good way of putting in the miles, with some lovely views to take your mind off the miles your pedaling.
We ride to the pace of the slowest rider and no one is left behind.
Wear something that is comfortable for riding in and bring a drink, snack and a spare inner tube suitable for your bike.
(The hub is the round White bandstand near Barclays bank on the harbour).
