Winter Warmer Beginners St Gregory's to Workington

The ride will Leave St Gregory's & St Patrick's schools car park at 4:30. We will follow the cycle path towards Whitehaven, then go along the harbour and we pick up the cycle route 72 on the wagon road. We will follow this into Workington or until 5:30 when we will turn around to do the return journey. We have to turn around at 5:30 because of the lack of light at the end of the ride. This ride is to encourage ladies into cycling. We always ride to the slowest rider and don't worry about it because we have all been their. Remember to dress for the weather, bring along a drink & a snack. We also recommend that you wear a helmet and if you have a light bring that to just incase. If you need to borrow a light let me know and I'll bring a spare. The school car park is on Esk Avenue, Corkickle Whitehaven, CA28 8AJ, if you go down the little hill/side road next to the school, pass the cycle path entrance, we will be at the bottom of the hill.
