Winter Hill Circular

Barry leads us today as we head out on a fantastic ride taking in the delights around the southern edge of our borders, great breathtaking views over the rises, some of us call them hills. We will be starting in Tockholes, at the Village Hall, through to Belmont over Winter Hill, then onto Rivington, left towards Horwich, then passed Bob's Smithys Inn. Carrying on and turning left onto Scout Road, turning left again onto the A675 towards Belmont and back to where we started. A tough ride in sections but a truly enjoyable one as well.
