Winter Cycling Event

The ride will take place after the 'Winter Riding' workshop, riding the paths around the Pavilion and the outer circuit to experience and develop skills in these conditions.
This has been organised in collaboration with British Triathlon and Sandwell Active Travel Office team, to discuss aspects of cycling in Winter and darker nights
Sustrans will also be present to provide -
- Dr Bike: Cycle safety checks and minor repairs
- Cycle Security Marking and registration with the Bike Register
- D-lock giveaway (until they run out)
Please note that the ride is not a compulsory part of attendance at the Winter riding workshop but a walk to experience the conditions in Winter will be available at the same time..

Smooth, wide traffic free tarmac pathways.

The workshop will be at The Pavilion where refreshments will be available before and after the ride.

Helmets are advisable and lights are essential.
