Winscombe & Sandford Festival bike ride to Wrington & Congresbury

The Winscombe & Sandford Festival bike ride. A scenic, leisurely 11 mile loop, taking approximately 1.5 hours riding at an average speed of 8-10 miles an hour. We will meet in the car park at the back of The Woodborough Pub in Winscombe.  After a quick bike check and warm up we will head out along the Strawberry Line to Sandford, then onto Churchill, Langford, Wrington and Congresbury, before heading back along the Strawberry Line to Winscombe, finishing back at the pub for a well-deserved drink. The ride is mostly flat with just a couple of inclines so suitable for all abilities that are confident riding on the road.  You may want to bring a drink with you and a snack to keep the energy levels up.  Wearing a helmet is advisable though not essential.  We look forward to seeing you on the day.  Madi & Emma.
