Windsor to Sunningdale, coffee at Clara's Cocina

From Windsor we will take a route through Windsor Great Park towards Cheapside and Ascot. Cutting through Ascot towards Sunningdale on mainly residential streets, with a short bridleway section. We will briefly join the A30 before taking a bridleway through Coworth Park towards Blacknest Gate. Again in Windsor Great Park we will head to Smiths Lawn and our coffee stop at the recently opened for the summer season, Clara’s Cocina. Our route back will take us down Crimp Hill to Old Windsor before returning to our start point

A lovely circular ride enjoying the quiet roads through Windsor Great Park to Ascot and Sunningdale.

Mainly quiet roads and bridle paths with a few short busier sections of main road, there are hills

We will have a coffee break at Clara’s Cocina, Smiths Lawn beside the Polo fields, so please bring money or card if you wish to join us.

Helmets are advisable. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and carry a drink and snack to sustain you during the ride. Bring a bike lock for our stop and please carry a spare inner tube to fit your bike
